yesterday , i just have a conference call meeting with some Americans , but i am totally lost in theri english , what can i do to improve my english especially for listening of American English ??Who can help me ??

简单的说，楼主可以在我们网站练习听力，然后到口语陪练网练习口语．
练习听力的时候，我个人建议先听几遍，然后对照原文，把重点用本子记下来．
练习口语时，可以找老师教方法，纠正发音等，然后找学生练习说（因为学生之间不收费哦）
