The key to following your heart is to learn to deal with fear. Fear prevents people from reaching their fullest potential: fear of failure, of rejection, that we aren't good enough. But no one else can overcome fear for us. You must master fear on your own. Courage is the strategy for mastering fear. Develop courage to the greatest extent. Actually fear is a creation of the mind. You create it in your mind -- it doesn't really exist outside the mind. You can dissolve it there too. Learn to do this if you really want to be free in life and stay connected to your heart.
