I have sick with leg, which does not fit only to walk but also to sit for long. I don’t know the flowers I look after thank me or not, but I thank them. When I was working, I always write dozens of words and go to yard, watering them or moving them, and then come back room to write something. Just do that many times, combining mental labor with manual one, it benefit to health better than medicine.
