You can talk about life,about the business、your opinion or advice,or you can find something about the Iran,ask something about that country.
I think you shall have a try,anything is okey ,
Maybe your boss is expecting you to make a talk with him.

in office,working hours?are you free?you have time to talk about something that is irrelative to your job?I don't think that is good for you.but time-out,talking everything is right.what you need is courage,not topic.
