解释：我情不自禁


讲解：我无法控制自己。 I can't help myself. 这句话可不是“我帮不了自己。”（赶快消除记忆），其实 I can't help myself. 这句话的意思是“我情不自禁。”指的是对自己的无能为力。I can't help... 这个句型很好用，若是你遇到一个情况，想要说“我不禁纳闷了起来。”在美语中你就可以直接说: I can't help but wonder.



例句:

1.

Hearing at this story, I can’t help myself weeping.

听这个故事时，我情不自禁地流起眼泪。

2.

A：If you want to lose weight, you have to stop eating so much.

B：I can't help myself.

A：如果你要瘦身，你就不要吃那么多。

B：我情不自禁啊。

help在此可用control代替，表示“我不能控制自己”。
