教老狗耍把戏，难哉（人老则守旧）。
本谚语表示儿童有很大的可塑性，教育须趁早，人老便易僵化，或
比喻使守旧的人接受新事物。这句话显然有片面性。人老不一定都守旧。相
似的谚语有“teach an old new tricks”（八十岁姥姥学吹打）。
