The advent of -omics technologies（主语） that rapidly measure （谓语动词1）the entirety of the human complement of, for example, genes (genomics) or metabolites (metabonomics) — and to integrate（谓语动词2) these diverse data into a complete picture — has given rise (谓语动词3，递进式）to a new way of looking at medicine in the form of systems biology.
这个称作 -omics 的技术的到来加快了测量整个人类如genomics和metabonomics这类工程的速度，整合了不同数据成一张完整的图像，引起或产生了用系统生物学表格来观察药物的一个新途径。
相当于一个主语，做了一个动作而引发的一连串反应。这是一个并列句。
-omics technologies(主语）+ measure /to integrate / has given rise ( 谓语)

我觉得前面that引导的句子是定语从句修饰前面的-omics technologies，后面 and to integrate these diverse data into a complete picture作结果状语，整个句子的主体就只是The advent of -omics technologies has given rise to a new way of looking at medicine in the form of systems biology.
另外我觉得你说的后面两个是谓语，最后一个是递进式的也有点合理，但是如果考虑到破折号，以及主语后加不定式的形式就觉得不太对，如果integrate前没有to作谓语就比较合理了
翻译：快速测定全部的人补体的组学技术如基因（基因组学）或代谢（代谢组学）的到来，把不同的数据整合成了一幅完整的图画，产生了一种新的方法——以系统生物学形式看待医学

在分析长句子时，如果是考试，其实我们不需要完全了解每一个单词的意思，只需找到几个关键词就行；如果是阅读的话，专业词语少不了，如果达不到一定的数量，肯定是理解不了文章的。

是啊，只是阅读可以只了解大概意思，但要要翻译成汉语就要理解了
