在all aboard reading中有要一本《play with max and ruby》文章的大概是这样的

文中介绍max的玩具时，有一句话，MAX had a 10 car train accident.旁边的配图是一个玩具火车轨道旁七零八落的十个火车车厢，MAX坐在一旁。

had在这里和let一样的意思，Let/had sb do sth 让火车出事，是不是表示为把火车故意弄坏？？
