The best way to stay healthy
What’s the best way to stay healthy? Well, in my opinion, the best way is keeping balance diet and doing regular exercises at the same time.
We know, keeping balance diet and doing regular exercises are both good for health, but they have different effects.
Keeping balance diet can provide us the nutrition we need, like vitamin, protein, fat and other things. So keeping balance diet can let us be far away from the diseases caused by being lack of some chemicals, like anemia.
However, this is not enough. We also need strong body and immunity to stay healthy. And doing regular exercises can help us with this. It can stronger our bodies and improve the immunity, and since then influenza may have little chance to catch us.
