The leaders of the Democratic Republic of Congo and neighboring Rwanda are meeting to discuss the conflict in eastern Congo where rebels have taken control of the city of Goma. DRC President Joseph Kabila and Rwandan President Paul Kagme met Tuesday night in Kampala.
