when i can't sleep at night , i usually watching tv of playing computer games.
when i tried enough, the thing i last do is close my eyes , kiss my pillow and see my dream-girls.

i aways listen music every night ,becuase the music can make me think about a lot ,later tired ,the sleep get quikly.

When i can't sleep at night,uhm, I always use my mobile phone to listen to music or browse the web page.Sometime I also think more about my life and things aroundding me. But the biggest problem is I will stay clear than before.......o(╯□╰)o

it's a full-length novel which is not my interest, but it's very useful for hypnosis...

trying to read a boring novel

I always can't fall sleep all night.
First, I think, the reason that should be my old ages..;
Second, my hushand always has a good skill who makes noise all night almost, my meaning is his snores.
Thus, I have to listen to my light music to have sleep by earphone. Even though such way could be useful for me, but sometimes I am still awaked by these noise...
