谈判时如何换种说法让对方明白


  跟外国客户谈判的时候难免会发生词不达意的状况,我们自认表达得很清楚,可对方却一头雾水。这个时候不用着急,试着换个说法来表达自己的意思。不要害怕重复你的话,如果每次解释的说法都有稍微的差别,可能更加容易让人猜测到你要说什么。


  下面是换种说法时常用到的几种开头句式:

  What I meant to say was… 我的意思是说...

  Let me rephrase that…我换个说法来说就是...

  Let me put this another way…我来换个说法

  Perhaps I'm not making myself clear… 可能我表达得不够清楚

  If we go back to the beginning… 我们从头再来说一下

  The basic idea is … 基本的想法是

  I can't find the word I'm looking for… 我找不到合适的词来表达

  I'm not sure that this is the right word, but… 我不知道这样表达对不对,但是...

  What I want to say is… 我想说的是...

Sorry, I had make a spelling mistake! The word "clam"  should be spelt as "calm".

I'm quite agree with U, but I think that's because we are still unfamiliar with thinking in English.
