For River Town green with willows and red with flowers.

His lessening sail is lost in the boundless blue sky,

Where I see but the endless River rolling by.

I see but the Long River** flow by sky.

* Yellow Crane Hall was the place where Fei Wei rode off on a yellow crane to heaven, as the legend goes.

** Long River, another name of Yangtse River, runs thousand miles from the West to the sea in eastern China.
