Sometimes ,the answer is :no.But maybe if you don't work hard,the result would be worse.

in my view,"no pains,no gains" only suit in special thing,such studying and fitness.
if consider whole social environment,maybe it will be fault...
with the development of social mode,in many cases,there is nothing we can do,for example,the latent rule.
