我可以很肯定的说：背诵很重要。如果没有记忆下来，怎么能够运用呢？

怎么说呢。。。也不需要死背吧。。。
如果真的很喜欢英语，你会很乐意去看英语书。。。这个时候，你兴趣最浓、。。。
背的确是重要的。。但运用也是不能少的。。。
英语很容易忘的，要时常复习。。。

对啊语言挺抽象的也许并不能像数学那样说出个为什么来可能个人学习方法也不一样有目的的背诵会使你语感加强不知不觉你的语法就改善了也许你会发现有些语法用法有原因但是还存在一些是你无法表述的这个时候依靠的就是你的语感另外在背诵过程中可以找一些有声读物一边模仿发音一边背诵你会发现听力跟口语都变强了背诵过程中对原文的不断揣摩也能加强你的理解能力

要想学好英语，或者是不知道怎么学英语，我可以给你几点建议：
1、一定要开口，要勤动嘴，大声的读，
2、勤动手，好记性不如烂笔头哦，
背单词的时候一定要一边读，一边用笔写，
3、单词是最基本的，一定要多积累，
当单词积累的量达到一定程度，你就会发现你的变化
4、一定要熟读课文，和一些关键的语法句，
5、多读，会培养你的语感，语感好咯，多做题，
不管是单选，阅读都有意想不到的帮助。
以上都是自己的一点建议，另外你还可以到必克英语
那里测试一下你的英语水平先，到时就可以对症下药了，
这样成效会高些，希望能帮助你。

其实也不是那么重要。我觉得背诵的目的主要在于让你掌握语感，背多了自然就会说了，但是如果你有更好的方法，也可以不背啊

我觉得刚开始学英语时，一定要多背才行！要不然很难学好基础的！经常背诵的话，你会培养出很强的预感！会有一个很好的基础，然后再学一下语法之类的，不过到了一定时间，就不要死记硬背了，要学会从文章中记单词，要多看英语相关的课外书或者是新闻，更要有很大的兴趣学英语，这样的话你会发现你所记的单词远远超过你学的单词。加油哦！

It depends situation.If you are under teenage,you shoud not remeber words,you can learn a lot from the english-speaking people.or not,you should remeber and read a lot of books and words.
