How to transform my mentality difficult, actually, similar, always

I have been working for more five years since 2006 , as a quality engineering  . but slowly i find i always feel my work is useless ,actually  not ,which result in lack of passion , lack of energy . Such mentality have puzzled me in a long time .
Sometime ,i try to conquer the negative attitude , but it's difficult .
so ,do you have any useful suggestion ?
have you faced similar obsession ?

Take a short trip is a good idea .In this busy and noisy city ,we often feel something lost ,so that we are blind to our inner world . If you want to find yourself ,gain the initiative of the life in your hands again,you need put your heart and soul into nature ,feeling and thinking the essence of life in quiet .Then various bustle will retreat ,and a way of the future will appear clearly in front of you.
