本片段剧情：妮娜是一名芭蕾舞者，她所在的剧团很快又将上演《天鹅湖》。和以往不同的是，总监决定换下原来的首席舞者贝丝，起用新人。被选中的女主演将在剧中分饰白天鹅和黑天鹅两个截然不同的角色……
