      随着春节假期的结束，人们陆陆续续从家中回到工作中来。不过很多人却无法进入正常工作状态，一些人感觉疲倦，提不起精神，上班的工作效率低；有的人甚至会有不明原因的恶心、神经性厌食、焦虑、神经衰弱等。这些是返工忧郁症的典型症状。

      当人们从节日庆祝的宿醉中清醒过来，返回到工作当中的时候，一些专家也开始为人们应对返工忧郁症支招了。
      上面报道中的back-to-work blues就是“返工忧郁症”，类似于post-holiday syndrome（节后综合症）或者the holiday blues（假日忧郁症）。这种现象其实是现代社会大多数人的一种正常心态，一般在节后一周左右可恢复。Blues在这儿表示沉郁、忧郁的感觉，例如the baby blues（产后抑郁症）。
      现代社会人们面临各种不同的压力，也产生了各种千奇百怪的症状。例如空巢老人因为过于孤独而可能患上empty nest syndrome（空巢综合症）、因为工作上缺少挑战或动力而出现的身体欠佳或抑郁的underload syndrome（动力不足综合症）等。

far away home, we may feel homsick and nostalgic.  faced with adversities, we may feel stressed.  sometimes  excessive stress  leads to all kinds of headache like chronic headache ,episodic  headache ,tenssion headache,  cluster headache  etc.   so  be opptimistic and happy,,,,,who knows what the tide could bring?  let us laugh ....ha-ha
