i am a boy.i am from shandong province. i have graduated last summer and am working  in jinan now.in my work,i am  seriously  feeling my english is so poor that i can't deal with some jobs which my boss with great belief assigns to me. so i am in great need of improving my english and thus developing my career.so lucily,i am here and have a chance to make friends with all of you.we can make efforts together to  achieve ours dreams.
