we will manage earth .in the next millennium ,we will stop talking about the weather .but we will do something about it  . we will gradually learn how to predict the effects of human activity on the earth ,its climate and eco-systems .and with that knowledge ,we come to an increasing awareness to use it to manage the working  of our planet .
