Mr  White   owns a  bar  in NewYork  . Helikes  children .He has   two  children  himself but  he  thinks that  children under 18 cannot drink  alcohol and  they can not go into bars .In Mr White's bar  there  is  a  sign  over the  bar it  says: Anyone  under 18 is prohibited  from  drinking , it is the  law  of  New York
