Eg: It was all a ploy to distract attention from his real aims.

☆ 我们常常见到的 distraction（n.分心,娱乐） 的动词形式就是 distract.相应的它的形容词形式是：distracted adj. 心烦意乱的。Eg: When i feel under the weather, i tend to get distracted.  当我身体不好的时候，我会容易变得心烦意乱。
