　　及时把工作做好比做得"完美"重要得多。

2. Don't aim for perfection 不要苛求“完美”
　　Getting it done well and on time is much more important than doing it "Perfectly"

i don't agree with that viewpoint. in my company,the boss hope you do it "perfectly" but not "quickly",obviously,it is much more better if you finish it with both "perfectly" and "quickly".

I agree with Floor 8 . In my company ,one person manage my jobs. if you could not finish you need work overtime by yourself ,  so you must finish this jobs perfectly and quicklly
