At least 14 people are dead in Cyclone Phailin which hit India's east coast over the weekend. The final death toll is expected to climb. Cyclone Phailin came ashore late Saturday with winds of more than 200 kilometers per hour. _________________________ It's believed to have helped minimize a number of casualties.
