We come here with the purpose to improve our English, therefore we would like to express ourselves in English.

However, since we are still on the way to standard and fluent English,
there must be many mistakes in our expression which we might not even realize.

Therefore, I strongly suggest we introduce such  measure as mutual correction .
In this way, not only the  one who makes the mistake will  make progress,
but also the one who rectify or alter the unsuitable expression will benefit from the process.

Now, any polish suggestion about the words above is welcome. Thank you in advance.

我的本意是指由于我们仍然处于努力迈向标准与流利英语的过程中（也就是说目前我们的英语水平仍然没有达到标准流利英语水平）
we introduce such  measure as mutual correction 这个是要和前面的suggest联起来用的，用虚拟语气表建议。具体建议的内容是引入相互更正的措施。mearsure 措施；mutual 相互；correction更正。

关于on the way to我个人认为这个词组末尾的to是介词而非不定式，通常后面跟名词、名词短语或名词性从句。
常见用法是on the way to school,表目的地，而我们学英语的最终目的地就是标准而流利的英语。
