      Treating yourself to something nice at the shops apparently has a “lasting positive impact on mood” and leaves “few if any negative emotional side-effects”.

I don't have enough money go shopping when i am feeling sad. Maybe stay alone is a good way to make me happy.

non.I have no money...but maybe I would buy some food...I want something to eat when I am in bad mood .It is a awful habit!Maybe it is why I am fat ..I 'd like to chose walk around when I feel bad,just try my best....I always let everything go and put eveything aside when I feel depressed...

I won't.
When i feel so bad, i will pick up my bag and travel alone.My heart needs rest.If there has no much time,i will cry loudly or take a walk in darkness.
