原来最后一句是what is it. 我听成了port is it？

我又重复听了一下这一个月来的听写，发现2007－12－26的听写也是这样
W: Ted, is that you?
R: Yeah.
W: What on earth are you doing up there?
R: I'm trying to fix a bird house.
W: Are you all right?

里面的What on earth 发音也是Put on earth.

我觉得这个有点奇怪，不知道有谁能解释一下？
